We are working on the conversion of this 200 room hotel into a co-living entity catering for various accommodation profiles, as well as developing the services offered by including a new fitness centre, healthcare services and shopping facilities.
The connection with the connecting promenade, currently in development, is also fortified in collaboration with the town hall, aiming to increase the urban vitality of the area.
