The board of Trustees required an extension to their already successful facilities comprising multipurpose sports-events buildings; additional classrooms, annex and reception facilities. These requirements were to be integrated with newly acquired historic farm buildings, a disassociated 1950’s concrete bunker and a 17th century Norman manor.
